From waitlist signups: email address, the role you select (artist, manager, label, investor, other), and the submission timestamp.

From authenticated users: account information you provide, catalog data you submit for valuation or certification, and product usage telemetry tied to your account.

• To run the service: render dashboards, compute valuations, process certifications.
• To communicate with you: account, deal, and service notifications.
• To improve the product: aggregated analytics that never identify you individually in external reporting.

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your catalog details with third parties without your explicit, per-transaction consent.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Waitlist entries are retained until you ask us to remove them. Account and catalog data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal and audit purposes.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@cataval.com. We respond within 30 days.
